Refund Policy:

The Client agrees to pay ALTECHMIND TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED the agreed-upon project cost as outlined in the proposal and agreement.

Payment Schedule:
Payment shall be made according to the payment schedule agreed upon by both parties.

Refund Guidelines

Non-Refundable Advance: The 1st installment of payment received in advance for commencement of work is non-refundable.

Refund Calculation: We are providing a refund for the 2nd & 3rd installment if, in case, you are not satisfied with our service/work.

The refund amount will be based on the percentage of work completed at the time of the refund request. The refund will be calculated as a percentage of the remaining project cost after deducting the advance payment amount, in proportion to the work already completed.

Cost Breakdown: ALTECHMIND TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED will provide a clear breakdown of costs incurred up to the refund request date and the percentage of work completed.

Completion Threshold: If 90% or more of the total project work has been completed, in such case no refund will be provided for the remaining installments.
