It depends on the features, users and integrations, so every project gets a written proposal after a free discovery call: scope, milestones and one fixed price, plus 18% GST. Payment is usually 40% to start and 60% on delivery; larger projects are split into milestones.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size. A focused tool or MVP can take a few weeks; a simple mobile app usually takes 2 to 3 months, and complex apps 4 to 6 months or more. The timeline is in your proposal, and you see working parts along the way.
Can you connect it to the systems we already use?
Yes. We integrate with payment gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU), accounting such as Zoho Books and Tally, WhatsApp Business, CRMs, courier services, your website and your existing databases.
Can you add AI to our software or website?
Yes. Common uses are a chat assistant that answers from your own content, reading invoices and forms automatically, smarter search, and summaries or drafts for routine work. The AI account is set up in your name, so usage is billed by the provider directly to you, and each feature only gets the data it needs. You decide what content the AI may use, and we help you mention it in your privacy policy. AI answers can occasionally be wrong, so we add checks where it matters and agree the scope in your proposal.
Do you build mobile apps?
Yes, for Android and iOS, usually with React Native or Flutter so one codebase serves both. Apps are published under your own Google Play and Apple developer accounts.
Can you take over or fix software someone else built?
Yes. We review the code first, tell you honestly what state it's in, then fix bugs, add features or plan a rebuild if that's cheaper in the long run.
How do you make sure the software works and is secure?
Code reviews, testing at every stage and a test copy before anything goes live. We follow secure coding practices, use proper logins and access levels, and encrypt sensitive data.
