Do technical work hours and major updates carry forward?
No, they do NOT carry forward. Monthly technical work hours expire at the end of each month. OJS major updates (e.g., 3.5 → 3.6) included per plan expire at the end of each subscription year. This policy ensures timely service delivery and optimal resource allocation. Use them within the period or they expire.
What counts as "technical work"?
Technical work includes: configuration changes, troubleshooting issues, user management, plugin setup and configuration, minor customizations, email fixes, workflow adjustments, database optimization, security hardening, and general technical assistance. Complex custom development is quoted separately.
How quickly will you respond to my support requests?
Response times vary by plan: BASIC (24-48 hours), STANDARD (8-12 hours), PREMIUM (4-8 hours). Emergency issues on Premium plans receive response within 24 hours. All response times are during our working hours (Mon-Sat, 8AM-5PM GMT+8). Critical security issues are prioritized regardless of plan.
