Do you manage MongoDB on our own server or on Atlas?
Either. We work on MongoDB running on your own server, or on a MongoDB Atlas account in your name. The account and its bill stay yours.
Our app has become slow. Can you help?
Usually, yes. Most slow MongoDB apps are missing indexes or run heavy queries. We find the slowest ones, fix them and show you the before and after times.
Can you upgrade an old MongoDB version?
Yes. Old versions stop getting security fixes. We upgrade in supported steps, test your app at each step, and keep a backup ready.
Do you offer an uptime guarantee?
No, and we'd be wary of anyone who does without running your servers. We set up replica sets, monitoring and tested backups so problems are rare and recovery is quick.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size of your database and what needs doing, so every job gets a timeline in its written proposal.
How much does it cost?
Every project gets a written proposal after a free call: scope, milestones and one fixed price, plus 18% GST. Payment is usually 40% to start and 60% on delivery; larger projects are split into milestones.
Do you provide hosting?
No. We don't sell hosting. Your app runs on hosting or a server in your name; we help you choose it, set it up and deploy for you.
Do you support the app after launch?
Yes: MongoDB upgrades, bug fixes, security updates and new features, by the hour or on a monthly plan.
