Working hours
Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST. Critical issues are watched outside these hours, with emergency help on Premium.
Secure access
We need cPanel or server (SSH) access. All access is logged and used only for authorised work; IP restrictions on request.

Do I need to host my journal with you?
No. You keep your hosting, domain and email in your own name, so there's no lock-in. We look after OJS on whichever host you use, track your renewal dates so nothing lapses, and you can move your journal any time.
Does this include setting up my journal?
No. The bundle is ongoing care for a journal that's already installed and live. A new journal, theme or website design is a one-time project: see journal website design. Moving to the latest OJS is our OJS upgrade service.
How much does it cost?
Per journal, billed yearly: Basic ₹999, Standard ₹1,999 and Premium ₹2,999 a month, plus 18% GST. Your first year is 30% off. Pay as you go is ₹500 an hour + GST (₹400 for existing clients). Several journals get 10% to 20% off.
Which plan should I choose?
Basic suits a small journal with few changes. Standard suits most indexed journals that publish regularly, with indexing monitoring and more hours. What is indexing protection?
Staying in Google Scholar, DOAJ and similar databases is vital for a journal. A broken sitemap, a metadata error or a failed upgrade can quietly drop you and cost submissions. On Standard and Premium we monitor your indexing health and fix problems before they hurt your visibility.
How do the renewal reminders work?
We record the expiry dates of your domain, hosting and SSL and remind you 30, 15 and 7 days before each one. You stay in control of paying for them, but a forgotten renewal never takes your journal offline.
When should I use pay as you go?
When you need help only now and then, or extra hours on top of your plan. It's ₹500 an hour + GST (₹400 for existing clients), billed by the hour actually used, with a 1 hour minimum.
Do unused hours and upgrades carry forward?
No. Technical work hours reset each month, and the OJS major upgrades included in your plan must be used within the plan year.
How quickly will you reply?
In working hours (Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM IST): Basic within 24 to 48 hours, Standard 8 to 12 hours, Premium 4 to 8 hours, and pay as you go 48 to 72 hours. Critical security issues come first on every plan, and Premium includes emergency help within 24 hours.
How do OJS upgrades work?
We upgrade a staging copy of your journal first and test the database, plugins and workflows. Only when everything works do we upgrade your live journal, at a quiet time you agree.
What access do you need?
cPanel or server (SSH) access, so we can apply updates and maintenance. All access is logged and used only for authorised work, with IP restrictions on request.
Can you help with custom development?
Simple plugin configuration is part of your plan hours. Larger custom work is quoted separately, usually from ₹15,000 + GST depending on scope, and plan clients get priority scheduling.
