OJS Support Bundle (OSB) Plan:
All plans are billed semi-annually (6 months).
Basic
OJS Basic Support Bundle- OJS with Single Journal
- Maintenance Time: 5 Hour / Mo.
- Maintenance Cover: Basic troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Support: Email/Ticket support during business hours
- Health Check: Regular OJS system health check
- Upgrade: Included for one major upgrade per year. Additional upgrades are billed separately.
Standard
OJS Standard Support Bundle- OJS with Upto Two Journals
- Maintenance Time: 10 Hours / mo.
- Maintenance Cover: Standard troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Support: Advanced issue resolution and Chat/Email/Ticket support.
- Health Check: Regular OJS system health check
- Upgrade: Included for one major upgrade per year. Additional upgrades are billed separately.
Advanced
OJS Advanced Support Bundle- OJS with Upto Five Journal
- Maintenance Time: 30 Hour / Mo.
- Maintenance Cover: Advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Support: Priority Call/Chat/Email/Ticket supports
- Health Check: Regular OJS system health check
- Upgrade: Included for two major upgrade per year. Additional upgrades are billed separately.
