Can you set up a new Shopify store from scratch?
Yes: theme, products, collections, taxes, shipping, payment gateways, policies and emails, tested with real orders before launch, plus training for your team.
Which payment gateways work for Indian stores?
Shopify Payments isn't available in India, so Indian stores use gateways such as Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU or PhonePe for UPI, cards and net banking, and PayPal for international payments. You open the gateway account in your business name; we connect and test it.
Can you customise the checkout?
Partly. Shopify controls its checkout for security. We can brand it and add options that Shopify allows on your plan; deeper checkout changes need Shopify Plus.
Can you move my store to Shopify?
Yes, from WooCommerce, Magento, Wix, BigCommerce and others: products, customers and orders moved, with redirects so you keep your Google rankings.
How long does it take?
A basic store setup takes 1 to 2 weeks, a customised theme 2 to 4 weeks, and stores with custom apps and integrations 4 to 6 weeks or more. Your quote has the timeline.
Do I pay Shopify separately?
Yes. Your Shopify plan and any paid apps are billed to you directly by Shopify and the app makers. See Shopify's current plans and prices on its website; we help you choose the right plan.
How much does your work cost?
Every project is quoted after a free consultation, with one fixed price plus 18% GST.
Will I be able to run the store myself?
Yes. Shopify is easy to use, and we train your team on Google Meet: products, orders, discounts and basic settings.
Do you support stores after launch?
Yes: product updates, app changes, fixes and new features, by the hour or on a maintenance plan.
