The upgrade process will be carried out on our server. After the warranty period ends, we will delete all data, including databases and OJS files, as we do not have any rights to distribute or claim client data.

We offer a guarantee for 15 days after we complete the upgrade/migration process. The pre-upgraded OJS version including the database will remain on your server, with the OJS version placed above the public_html directory.

No, our service does not include training for utilizing OJS 3.
