What is included in website maintenance?

How does Pay As You Go work?
You're charged ₹500/hour + 18% GST only for work done. There's no monthly commitment: send us a request, we give you a time estimate before starting, and you pay after the work is complete.
Which websites do you support?
WordPress, WooCommerce, custom PHP, static HTML and other CMS platforms. For academic journals on OJS (Open Journal Systems), see our OJS Support Bundle.
How quickly do you respond?
By plan: Pay As You Go within 48 hours, Basic within 24 hours, Professional the same day, and Enterprise with priority and emergency support.
Do you provide emergency support?
Yes. Emergency support is included in the Enterprise plan. On other plans it's available at the hourly rate. Critical issues such as a site that's down or hacked always go first.
What if my website gets hacked?
We clean it, restore it from a clean backup where needed, close the hole that let the attacker in, and add protection so it doesn't happen again. On a plan, it's covered by your hours; otherwise at the hourly rate.
What if I need more hours than my plan includes?
Extra hours are billed at ₹500/hour + GST. We always tell you before going over your plan's hours and ask for your approval first.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time; the change applies from the next billing cycle.
What access do you need?
An admin login for your website, and hosting access for backups and server-side fixes. You can create separate logins for us and remove them whenever you like.
Do you provide hosting?
No. We don't sell hosting, domains or email. We look after your website on the hosting you own, help you choose a good provider, and can move your website if you change hosting.
