- Your first 3 months of support & updates are included. After that, ongoing support is an optional yearly plan.

- Fixes to the certificate code we built are provided free; ongoing site security is part of maintenance, as with any website.
- The author self-service portal needs working email (SMTP) on your hosting, which we help you configure.
