Yes. Your account at store.altechmind.com/dashboard/ works any time, day or night, on a computer, tablet or phone. Sign-in codes are emailed straight away.
Updated for our new support account. If you used our earlier client portal, everything now happens in your Altechmind account, and you sign in with a one-time code instead of a password.
When the team replies
You can open or answer a ticket whenever you like. Our team works Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM (India time) and typically replies within 24 hours on business days.
Outside those hours, Anvi, the chat assistant on our website, answers common questions any time. For something urgent, message us on WhatsApp.
