Paying and getting your GST invoice

Every tax invoice comes from Altechmind Technologies (OPC) Private Limited (GSTIN 19AAZCA8980H1ZN) and is in your Altechmind account under Billing, as a PDF, with your receipts. A product’s invoice also shows with its order under Orders. Billing is for the account holder only.

Paying

• Products: choose Buy on the product’s page and pay in your account, with the payment methods shown at checkout.
• Services: when a payment is due, Billing shows it under To pay now, with our bank and UPI details. Pay by NEFT, RTGS, IMPS or UPI, then choose I have paid: tell us.
• Our bank details stay the same, and your account always shows them. If you ever receive different details, check with us before paying.

Refunds

A refund comes as a credit note against the invoice it corrects.

Billing details

Your invoices are made out to the billing details given with your first order: legal name, address and GST registration. After that they are locked, so every invoice matches. Something wrong or changed? Choose Ask us to update them on Billing, or write to info@altechmind.com, and we update them for you.
